Why AgentYaar?

AgentYaar is an Agent to Agent connection platform.

In a traditional brokerage system, often there might be more than 3 agents involved in dealing with a specific property. Sometimes this number may even be 4, or even 6.

In such a system, splitting a brokerage may not be appealing among the brokers, and they try to find direct connects.

MORE MEMBERS = LESS BROKERAGE = LESSER INTEREST = TOO SLOW DEALINGS

This method even affects owners, and if property value is lesser, a property may not get sold at all.

But an agent is usually connected to multiple direct owners, and finding such direct agent is not useful.

Getting direct owner contact may not also help much as they may wish to deal with their trusted sources only.
